Our management team is made up of experienced professionals in renewable energy, infrastructure and real estate development as well as finance and capital markets. The team has led the development of >$20 billion of assets and utilized public and private markets for significant growth delivering high ROIC to investors.

Jason Bak,                Founder & CEO

Applied Physicist; Founded, publicly listed and served 17 years as a CEO and Chairman of Finavera Renewables and Solar Alliance. Led grassroots development of over $1 billion wind projects (360 MW) all sold to utilities or IPPs and currently operational. Arranged over C$65 million of public and private equity and $800M in debt for renewable and infrastructure development. Led acquisition and operation of three solar companies in America that resulted in 14,000 installations of residential and commercial solar. Developed new renewable energy tech and legislation in wave energy & biofuels. Invited by President Clinton to be a member of Clinton Global Initiative since 2006. Testified before Congressional and Senate Committees.

Sean Stofer,                    COO

Sean is an Engineer with further education in Architecture, project management and business administration. He has developed and managed over $2.5 billion of commercial and energy projects and has become an expert in developing business and operational plans. Sean has founded several companies in the energy and real estate sectors and serves as a Director of a public international energy company as well as several private companies in the renewable and energy industry. Sean has been instrumental in establishing the Company’s operating strategy and infrastructure plans and will focus on driving the operations of the Company.

Simon Lee, advisory Board, Data Centers

Simon has over 25 years of experience investing in and building private market growth businesses with a deep focus on information technology, data communications, and energy companies in the US, Western Europe, Asia and the MENA region. He has been in partnerships that managed, in aggregate, over $8.7 billion, including as General Partner of Sapience Capital Partners, Infotech Venture Partners and Baker Capital. Simon has been involved with notable industry leading companies, such as Interxion (INXN/DLR), Equinix (EQIX), Centeris, Akamai Technologies (AKAM), Sockeye Networks (INAP), RiverOne (JDAS), EM4 (GHH.L), Totality (VZ), Perseus (GTT), Turin Networks (Dell), IKIN, Netrolix, and Fiber Sense. Simon is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and the Harvard Business School.

Christy Swearingen, VP, Data center development

Christy brings over 20 years of leading global real estate development from acquisitions, entitlements and permits through construction and site engineering operations. She has led large scale, multi-billion-dollar land acquisition and construction developments for high-tech industrial real estate end users as Manager for Worldwide Operations Real Estate of Amazon, Director at Microsoft, and Chief of Staff for Oracle.
Christy possesses a diverse blend of technical, strategic, and business expertise, which has allowed her to successfully deliver real estate assets valued at over $11 billion throughout her career. She has also demonstrated exceptional leadership skills by building and guiding teams that have played a significant role in the development of more than 1,500 MW of data centers. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Christy holds a master’s degree in business from the University of Phoenix.

Ryan Johnson, VP, Structured Finance

Ryan is a graduate of Creighton University with a degree in Financial Analysis. Professional experience includes commercial underwriting/lending at a Community Bank with a diverse portfolio. He has structured business acquisitions, equipment and machinery loans, operating loans and commercial real estate deals, including refinance, acquisition and construction/development. His familiarity with a wide array of lending structures, including the utilization of tax credits and government guarantee programs, compliments the management team’s diverse background.

Jake Millan, VP, Battery Storage

Jake is a sustainability expert and graduate from the University of Montana. With over 15 years in the renewable energy industry, Jake joined Tesla in 2014, and as Senior Project Development Manager he was responsible for deploying Tesla Renewable Energy solutions to the North American market, including the Megapack utility-scale battery. Jake maintains a deep interest in energy efficiency, renewables and all things electric. He currently resides with his wife and two sons in the Seattle Area and is an active member of his community.

Everett Thompson, Advisor, Data Centers

Multi-disciplinary (Technical, Financial, Commercial) veteran of technology infrastructure businesses (cloud, networking, data center). Specific skills in technical marketing, digital presence, and financial advisory, as a top 3% TMT advisor to Wall Street, in public and private debt and equity deals exceeding $1B. Client list including: Avista Capital, Equinix, Data Bank, Switch, Goldman, Cervalis strategic investment. Worked in a variety of product and sales management roles at Equinix, the global leader in colocation data centers. Led development at venture capital arm of Foster Wheeler for Asia-Pacific market as the youngest developer in the company.
