Led acquisition and operation of three solar companies in America that resulted in 14,000 installations of residential and commercial solar. Developed new renewable energy tech and legislation in wave energy & biofuels. Invited by President Clinton to be a member of Clinton Global Initiative since 2006. Testified before Congressional and Senate Committees.

Christy brings over 20 years of leading global real estate development from acquisitions, entitlements and permits through construction and site engineering operations. She has led large scale, multi-billion-dollar land acquisition and construction developments for high-tech industrial real estate end users as Manager for Worldwide Operations Real Estate of Amazon, Director at Microsoft, and Chief of Staff for Oracle.
Christy possesses a diverse blend of technical, strategic, and business expertise, which has allowed her to successfully deliver real estate assets valued at over $11 billion throughout her career. She has also demonstrated exceptional leadership skills by building and guiding teams that have played a significant role in the development of more than 1,500 MW of data centers. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Christy holds a master’s degree in business from the University of Phoenix.

Simon has over 25 years of experience investing in and building private market growth businesses with a deep focus on information technology, data communications, and energy companies in the US, Western Europe, Asia and the MENA region. He has been in partnerships that managed, in aggregate, over $8.7 billion, including as General Partner of Sapience Capital Partners, Infotech Venture Partners and Baker Capital. Simon has been involved with notable industry leading companies, such as Interxion (INXN/DLR), Equinix (EQIX), Centeris, Akamai Technologies (AKAM), Sockeye Networks (INAP), RiverOne (JDAS), EM4 (GHH.L), Totality (VZ), Perseus (GTT), Turin Networks (Dell), IKIN, Netrolix, and Fiber Sense. Simon is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and the Harvard Business School.
